Every single person in the office is great to work with! They all work so hard and do a great job keeping you in the loop and explaining everything about your case. They fought hard for me to get my settlement and I was very happy with the result. My case was very emotional and they were always so sensitive to that. (Rebecca was a bit of a therapist at times.) I would highly recommend Dougherty and Holloway as a firm you can trust to work their hardest for you. When you choose them, you are in the most capable hands and will be very happy with the results!

I was in a traffic accident with injury, another driver was at fault. During the course of time, the other driver moved, did not leave his forwarding address, and was not easily found. Ed Dougherty did a great job of locating the other driver AND getting the insurance settlement that greatly helped with my medical expenses. He represented me at court, handled all the necessary paperwork along with clearly explaining the process of what was involved. Mr. Dougherty did an outstanding job!!

I luckily came across Ed Dougherty after having a what I considered a cliche experience with another attorney after a terrible motorcycle accident.I can say that first of all I was treated with respect and not just like another client walking through the door. Ed kept me updated on my case constantly to a point where I didn't have to even contact him ,and if I had a question it was answered in a timely fashion . He didn't ever make any promises he couldn't keep and told me the facts,straight up. Also ,he delivered ,this law firm has changed mine and my wife's life forever. If it wasn't for Ed Dougherty working for me I wouldn't be where I'm at today. I'm 44 and my house is paid for .The insurance company would have given me a few thousand dollars ,patted me on the head and sent me on my way. There is a reason people like Dougherty &Holloway are out there ,the regular "Joe" like myself doesn't understand all the laws and sometimes what we are even paying for in our own insurance policies. If you get hurt and are the slightest bit unsure about what is happening to you ,you know what I mean ,some way too friendly insurance adjuster shows up at your house acting like your best friend..........ask him to leave and give these guys a call.
