After waiting 3 years to hear back about my daughter’s case I get a letter in the mail saying they don’t have time to do it and to find another law firm. Thanks for letting me know so quickly in such a time sensitive matter. The letter says to find another law firm quickly because it is a time sensitive matter. Well if that’s the case why am I just getting it 3 years later? I’m sure it didn’t take 3 years for them to figure out that they couldn’t help me. Thanks for nothing. I have called this firm repeatedly about my daughter’s case and each time they were too busy to talk to me and nobody ever got back to say ANYTHING. To the point where I had to go up there PHYSICALLY just to talk to someone and they STILL didn’t want to help. No communication whatsoever until I got this letter TODAY. Don’t waste your time.

Molly is very kind, caring and truly compassionate. Amy and Rhonda were both sweet and always had time for me If I called or came in to the office.

If it is possible to give a review of less than 1, I would. I attempted to explain my case to him. Within in seconds he would interrupt me with a question. Then when I tried to answer his question, he would interrupt me again. This happened four times. Then he said you would just be wasting your money and we would not be interested. Then he hung up. If there was ever a person who demonstrated no concern for me as a person and was only interested in making money it was Pat.

Matt seem's like he'd genuinely want to help you until he receives payment, then it's like a totally different person. Not only will it it be impossible to get into contact with him, he will show up to court 20 minutes late with little to no information regarding your case. He will also breakdown your retainer into individual bits and pieces of time including the time you use to email him information to charge for complete hours. My fiance gave him $5,000 and he still wanted $3000 to finish the case, mind you this was a simple 50/50 custody case so not much work needed to be done and he still managed to make it a messier situation than it should have been rather than advising her properly, do to not having all the correct information during the first court hearing. I'd suggest talking to Mark Wartman for any custody related case's if your in Jackson County, He's a really nice guy and great lawyer with a fair a price and he won't ask for continuous payment.
