My family worked with Mark Allen within the law firm. Mark was extremely professional and was very patient with our questions. Mark provided an immense amount of information pertaining to our situation, which made us comfortable with our decision. Highly recommend Mark for any legal needs.

I went to Mark Allen seeking help to get information on getting my daughter's last name changed. I was told by another lawyer that I could do this process on my own but I was hesistant on doing so. After hearing about Holdsworth & Allen, I turned to Mark for help. He assured me that he would make this process fast and easy for me. He and his wife Kim(who works in the front office) were effiecent on getting back with me on issues regarding my case in which was resolved in a very timely manner. I would recommend anyone seeking help to Mark Allen for legal issues.

Mark is an extremely practical and reasonable attorney. Phone calls and/or emails have always been responded to in a timely manner. I have always felt his responses have been direct and honest- allowing me to make educated decisions. He has a calming presence which is much appreciated during stressful times. I hate that I have to have him, but glad he's in my corner.

My family has worked with Mark in various matters that have included teen drivers and speeding tickets and various other matters. Mr. Allen has always been upfront with the costs, possible outcomes and steps needed or expected to secure the best possible decisions. And this is explained before we pay any money; no surprises. He's fast to answer emails or phone calls and is very professional in his interactions with the courts, judges and other attorneys so I've never been surprised with any outcomes or processes as proceedings have progressed. I like that he has the ability to work in multiple counties too in the KC Metro area. Highly recommend his services.

I was working with Mark from Out of state and he handled everything for me, all I had to do was show up to court and was in and out. Their were no surprises waiting for me in the court room. Mark was vert attentive and assertive and mater of fact with me. He kept me informed as my case proceeded. Their was never a doubt as to what was happening. I strongly recommend Mark to any one need legal advice or counsel and will definitely be using him in the future if need be.

I hired Mark and his team when I went through my divorce. As you can imagine this process is not fun but Mark was very helpful and explained everything in detail so I could understand. He was very responsive and always informed me what was going on in the process. If I had questions he was quick to answer. I would highly recommend Mark Allen and his team.

Mark was able to achieve an excellent case outcome in an extremely timely fashion by reducing the infraction to a lesser offense at a reasonable cost. This is certainly not typical of previous legal interactions.

I explained to Holdsworth that I was on a budget and gave him my retainer. He spent well over my retainer without my knowledge or permission. And he STILL hadnt come thru for me. Then I had to dismiss the case. It wasn't until I had to dismiss the case that I was notified by Holdsworth of another, way cheaper option. Why wasnt I told this in the beginning? Now I'M getting billed for the overage! Who spends someone elses money without asking first? Just another example of why people feel the way they do about lawyers. DON'T USE THIS GUY!

Given the situation, I could not imagine anyone better then Mark and Patti on your team.

i would highly recommend Mark Allen. He is very detailed, organized, and knowledgeable. He is a down to earth guy who makes you feel comfortable from the moment you meet him.

Mr. Allen was very detail orientated in this process. He was very responsive and helpful when it came to the financial part of the divorce. He was able to provide the answers I needed in a short amount of time. He looked at several different options for me and didn't pressure me, he allowed me to make my own decisions. He provided excellent resources for getting a home appraisal and financial advisement help. I am highly satisfied with Mr. Allen and his ability to put his client first. I sought Mr. Allen out as a second opinion from my previous lawyer. After spending 1 hour with him I knew I needed him on my side. He was able to tell me what I needed to know in one visit compared to 5 visits with my previous attorney. Mr. Allen was also very kindhearted and compassionate during this difficult process as was his staff.
