Mark and Thomas came highly recommended by another lawyer I know, but that doesn't do family law. They helped with a custody modification. Mark and Thomas communicated well, and worked with me through the whole process to keep me informed. I was very stressed going into the process, but Mark talked to me, calmed me down, and gave me a good idea of how it would go. If this situation ever comes up again, my first call will be to Mark.

Very Professional and friendly staff to work with. Very quick and detailed responses to any questions and concerns I had in regards to my cases. Kept me in the loop at all times with the process and handling of what was being done behind the scenes and ended up with a great settlement. I have personally used Mr. Thomas Allen for a few different cases and will be quick to give him a call when I am in need of assistance again in the future. Mark Allen is the best. Always prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He has handled anywhere from traffic tickets to child support matters for myself. He is a great attorney and makes you feel at ease when in the court room. If you want an attorney who honest, choose Mark.

Be warned!! If I could leave negative stars I would. Let me start off by saying that I do not typically leave reviews. I give people the benefit of the doubt and hope that my situation is an isolated one, but honestly I would not want another single sole going through what this law firm has put us through. Let me start by saying that my husband was told that his case would be handled for $5000. Ok, not a problem. Even a little over, hey we completely understand. We trusted that his initial assessment of the case may have been off. (Way off)Wow were we in for a shock. After spending $7592.23, Mark wants another up to $10,000 to finish the case. I would have understood if he had actually done anything. Anything at all. Everything in our case was handled by Patti, his paralegal. Who by the way was the only person to know what was going on. Anytime we reached out to Mark,via email or voice, he wouldn’t respond for several days, or not at all. The responses never addressed the issues asked about. Then he suddenly, out of the blue,filed to have himself removed from the case without telling us. And he was still acting like his law firm was proceeding as normal on our case. The opposing counsel(Andrea Bolstad) had counseled my husband prior to being retained by his ex wife about the very same issues being litigated. Not to mention that her partner was my divorce attorney. Unethical?? Ummm yes!! We voiced our concerns and Mark did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. Pretty sure he was afraid of her,or something fishy was going on. Why would any attorney not have her removed??!!! Every attorney we consulted said that she should have recused herself or something should have been filed. This case has gone on an entire 10 months with absolutely no resolution in site. His ex wife continues to scream curse words in front of our home, Deny visitation, try her best to turn the children against us, and basically anything to make us miserable. (So bad that we are now taking them to see a counselor) Instead of filing a new parenting plan, or basically anything, he would call the opposing counsel and ask that she take care of her client. Really?!!! He even signed Andreas name on her behalf to submit to the court. We should have been told what the hell was really going on. Not to mention making appointments to speak with us, leaving us in the waiting room well past our agreed upon time, and then sending his son in to speak with us, who by the way had no idea about my husbands case or who we were. We were told in numerous occasions that Subpoenas were ready to go, yet not a single one was sent out. Not one piece of evidence that we told him to subpoena was ever collected. We were told that mediation wasn’t a direction the case was headed, after he had already filed for mediation. Omg are you kidding me?! Bottom line- save yourself time and money, and choose someone who will fight for you and your rights,instead of stealing your money. On the bright side, my husbands new attorney indicated that she would have had the case done by now, and for less then we have already spent. She has given us real world solid direction for resolving our struggles with the ex and a direction for the case. Family law is a sensitive and stressful time for anyone, choose someone who makes you feel like they care about your struggles. Choose someone who respects your time and hard earned money. We chose Mark because he advertises that he is a “Father’s Rights Lawyer”. That could not be further from the truth!! Side note: look up 4-1.16 subsection B before hiring this guy. He is just as unethical as Ms Bolstad.

Mr. Mark Allen is the best hands down! Very professional and explains everything in layman’s terms. The process was flawless and quick. Highly recommend this office.

Tom was great in court today, I would reccommend him for anything. He has guided me through this whole ordeal and I could not be happier!

We used Tom Allen for a friend's family matter. Tom was very professional and courteous. He returned calls and emails promptly, communicated effectively and met appointments when he said he would. He has good relationships with other attorney's in the area and proved extremely competent in court by eliciting accurate testimony and presenting the best evidence in our case. Mark was highly recommended by another attorney who did not do any family law cases but gave me Mark's name and stated if you want someone who will fight hard for you and be guaranteed you will come out on top then get Mark. She also added, "I wouldn't want to go up against Mark because he's a barracuda in the courtroom." I then knew that's who I needed. My custody case was a very nasty and long drawn out battle but I couldn't be any more happier with the outcome in the end. I contacted Thomas when I had two overdue traffic tickets. He was thorough in answering all of my questions and went above and beyond for me. He represented me in court while I was at work and unable to attend my hearing last minute and kept me posted with all of the details I needed to know. I will definitely be using his expertise for all future needs!
