I'd argue they are the best around the KC area. Sheryl was the literal best, answered any question I had and was on top of everything. She couldn't have been anymore help or any better and I couldn't be happier. I made the right decision in choosing Burnett Driskill to represent me.

Sheryl Danner represented me when I was denied Social Security benefits after applying for disability benefits. I had a very difficult case and was turned down by some of the more common firms. I felt like since my case was more involved and difficult to prove they didn't want to put the effort into it. The attorneys at Burnett Driskill never hesitated. They sent me some papers to fill out and went to work. Sheryl was very professional. She kept me up to date on what was needed from me and what their office was doing on my case. She showed compassion and understanding when talking with me sensing that I was emotional and stressed over the process. Everyone I talked with in the office was the same way. Nobody ever made me feel like I didn't have a good chance of winning my case. About 10 months after contacting them I had my hearing and Sheryl handed me a positive outcome. I couldn't have asked for better. I want to thank Sheryl and everyone who helped on my case for not giving up on me.

I called Mr. Driskill because I retired from career at as railroad worker. I had retired with a disability because of a accident. I had applied myself for my RRB disability benefits but the date that for which my benefits had started was incorrect. I had contacted the RRB and put in for appeal for the onset date for which my benefits should have started. Once again I was denied. After a lot of research online I found Mr. Driskill. When I spoke with him I felt confident that he was man that was going to get this done. I live in New York so our conversations were over the phone which were always accommodating and informative. After a few months my onset date for my benefits were back dated and even further back then what I had thought. Mr. Driskill is a fantastic attorney and a caring man.
