Can not explain how much they have helped me. I have not been alone in the fight. Still working hard on disability claim but in the mean time they worked hard on getting me some money from previous employer on a LTD policy I had with them.
I got approved for disability with the wonderful help from Burdett Driscoll. I cannot explain to you what this means to me their caring and their compassion and their understanding meant the world to me

Kyle Sciolaro and Chessina Ward were fantastic in helping us get both an SSDI and a KPERS award. They both seemed to care, and they answered all our questions, and they were both very courteous and helpful throughout the entire nine month process. When I would email Kyle, I would get a response in no more than a couple hours, even when it was after normal business hours. It just does not get any better than that. He never over-hyped anything either, and he was very honest about what you could expect. I would strongly recommend this firm for any disability concerns.

Kyle Sciolaro was a great attorney. He would update me weekly even when there wasn't any new updates on my case. Very professional and courteous. Everything a person would want to experience with an attorney. And the long term disability claim was fast and quickly approved.

This is a place that I would recommend if you want a lawyer that will really work for you to win your case. Kyle S was my lawyer and did an excellent job throughout and won my case. I used him once and will definitely use him again if needed.
