This firm and every member helped me in every stage of identifying my disability. This was the hardest time of my life and they were there for every question I had. I can't stress it enough of how much their help has finally gotten the resolution we were fighting for. I'm leaving this review for anyone fighting their injuries in life to rely on this team to handle it at 100% efficiency. Just for everyone to know. It takes time so be patient and get through it till this team can fight for what you are due. Special thanks to Corrie for always staying in contact and standing with me to the end. This law firm was exceptional in service. We used them to assist in applying for disability. The customer consideration was always first and foremost the main priority. The paperwork was extensive but firm always assisted and stayed on top of workload. Our family greatly appreciated how the process was simplified by having a very knowledgeable caring staff to guide us.

I can’t recommend Andrea highly enough. Trying to get disability is an extremely frustrating process and having Andrea in my corner helped tremendously. Whether it was keeping me updated or providing a sympathetic shoulder to cry on she was there. My claim should have been a slam dunk but after being denied disability twice we had to go before a judge where Andrea made a very compelling argument on my behalf and I was granted disability. None of this would have happened without Andrea’s efforts on my behalf.

Tried to get my fiancée a disability lawyer and they denied us because my fiancée “is a 25 year old young worker” and they don’t help people under 50 with mental health disabilities. What a trash company. Lol.

I've tried too obtain a disability attorney (team) for months. I was finally referenced here. They took the case seriously, in a very competent manner. Chris sat up everything, and was available by phone or text whenever I needed her. I'm so grateful for her assistance during a really confusing situation. She is a 10/10!

It’s hard for me to write this right now because I’m truly speechless, but I’m going to give it a shot. Burnett Driskill happened to be the only lawyer that responded to my request. I was not only satisfied, but I’m completely overwhelmed. For those who believe in God, this firm should be first on your list. Last year I had multiple surgeries, I was out of work, and my benefits at work ran out and were denied for long term benefits. After speaking with Sammy, and a few others at the firm, I was told they accepted my case. Now, it’s been a little while, but only about 6 months and none of that wait time was this firm! It was all the Compnay they were suing for me. They were always prompt, on time, respectful, beyond professional to the point of caring and making me feel some peace during the chaos. In the end, WE WON! They have seriously changed the course of my life over these past few months, and I haven’t stopped thanking God for blessing us with their firm, presence, and ultimately all of their hard work. In the end, I’m 15,000% Happy with them. I would recommend them, and even if there was a referral bonus, which I’m not even sure if there is or isn’t, but I wouldn’t need money to refer them lol I’d take it, but wouldn’t request it because the satisfaction and gratitude that will come from helping just one more person, is more in return than a simple check for just telling people this firm is legit. I believe that if we all share info like this, and start to stand up for each other, that we can make a difference in this world and Burnett/Driskill is definitely a part of that type of a movement. I’m not sure if they are a believing group of people, but I’m thanking God for them no matter what because they took care of me like family. I said I was speechless at the beginning, but could you imagine if I could think better than I can right now that I would have more or better words, but for now I’m sticking with this being one of the best law firms I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with, and that includes all areas I’ve needed help from a lawyer in life.
