I can't express the hugh relief I received from working with Mr. Barlow he guided me through all the steps of my bankruptcy. I would recommend Mr Barlow for his services

I can't express the care and quality I have received at the hands of Mr. Bill and his staff. They are simply the best in town. They've helped me for over 6 years in updating my immigration documentation. They have earned my complete trust and I can't recommend their services enough.

We met and discussed a difficult financial situation with Mr. Barlow. He explained all options and discussed "next steps." We chose to file Chapter 13 - and it was a five year plan. Candidly, we were pretty scared...and we told him so at the 341A Hearing! He was completely reassuring, and within a few weeks, with no difficulties at all, our plan was confirmed. Of course, a lot of "life" happens over a five year period, and we had our share. (Animals chewing through the roof, emergency room visits-yeah, pretty much whatever you can imagine!) At one point, it seemed we weren't going to make it. Again, after some emails, Mr. Barlow reassured us that things were going to be alright. Five years later - nearly to the day, we received our discharge from the court. A few months later, the case was closed. Some attorneys might have stopped at the discharge. Mr. Barlow, however, followed up to make sure that our credit reports were correct, and less than two years after that discharge our credit scores are over 800, so - yes - there is life after bankruptcy! We had a great experience, in spite of a bad financial situation, and we found that candor, honesty, and constant communication with Mr. Barlow could lead us to a much less scary life...so, thank you, Mr. Barlow! For those reading this who have a complex financial life and who are also facing a doubtful future because you just aren't sure how to make ends meet, please: talk to Mr. Barlow. If it is "doable" and legit, as long as you do as he recommends, you'll be okay. Be honest with yourself, too: Chapter 13 is not easy. If you can imagine it, it'll probably happen in 3-5 years, so be ready to work really hard and make some sacrifices. It's a "process" and, yes, you are putting your financial life/lives in the hand of Mr. Barlow and the court-trust him. As long as you've been thorough and completely honest, he'll get you to the finish line! A few years later, as long as you keep doing what's right, your credit scores and financial life will be as good as (maybe better?) those who have never filed bankruptcy. Bottom line, we recommend Mr. Barlow.

Failed to give me their actual intentions. I answered a few questions after I had done my jury duty and months later given an ultimatum to either sign an affidavit on my statements or show up on said date with the subpoena I was actually never handed in person. Very shady and not reputable. Would not recommend period.

Bill was amazing. All I had to do was schedule a meeting online, I got a call back the next day, scheduled my call within the week and had all my anxiety-filled questions answered. No need to call the office as their online response is quick! I am not from Kansas City, Bill was honest about what he did not know about my states’ common practice, turns out USCIS is pretty universal; at least within a region. I really enjoyed this experience!
