I engaged Ashley Morgan to assist me in creating a will. She thoroughly reviewed my situation and recommended the creation of documents that would ensure that I had representation, both financial and health related, in the event that I were to become incapacitated. I didn't have the forethought to create a plan in the event that I could no longer handle my affairs. Ms. Morgan's expertise and guidance gave me the peace of mind that my wishes, both in life and death, were known and would be followed. She was professional and compassionate and was clearly invested in satisfying all my estate planning needs. I would happily recommend her to those in need of a responsive and thorough attorney.

Hopefully those of you filing for disability, yours doesn't take as long as mine did. But NONE OF IT was from Burnett & Driskill, it was from the SSD dept. Thank goodness I found Mr. Driskill and his firm. I call him my “Miracle Worker,” because he was 100 percent successful in obtaining full disability for me several years ago for my chronic headaches. The lawyers here were so helpful and answered questions by text even without me being under contract with them. They gave me great helpful advice to go ahead and apply twice and eventually I got awarded disability on my own with help from my mental health professional.
