I have called this law firm on a few different occasions and have gotten advice during very hard, difficult times in my life, despite not being a client. Not only advice, but today I needed help filling out some paperwork. Their team was there for me today when I needed help and they did not charge me any fee for their services. I am overjoyed by the kindness that they gave me today when I went in to fill out some paperwork. I highly recommend this law firm as their team is always so helpful, patient, and kind. Thank you all very much for being so great. :)

They responded quickly when I called. Also they had the answers that I needed regarding possibly filing disability. I also didn't feel that they were pushy to hire them to make a buck but instead gave me the best information for me to try on my own first. They were very helpful and caring. Definitely would recommend them to others!

To whom it may concern, I am writing this review for everyone to know how great the law firm of BurnettDriskill truly is. Though my years of life I unfortunally have had to deal with several different firms. What I am writing is truly from my heart. They have become like family. Kyle, I can't write anything with out mentioning your name. Professional does not even begin to discribe how awsome he really is. There was never a time that I felt uncomfortable or nervous. He went above and beyond of what anybody I had prior contacts with in the past.I spoke nothing but the truth to him and with that he accomplished the impossible. I have five sons, three of which have autism and all of them are now over the age of eighteen. Trying to navigate disability on our own was a nightmare. After reaching out to BurnettDriskill LLC we were in great hands. They took the lead, we had a few short meetings and court appearance. They helped us get disability for one son. One son was not found to be disabled and he has been employed for six months now. BurnettDriskill are very skilled in what they do and when they don’t win a case, their billing is very reasonable. We were billed for collecting medical paperwork, less than $200. If they win they take a percentage of your back pay. This firm cares for you as an individual. I will be using them again for my youngest son, who still has a year of high school. I have filled out all the paperwork for disability and now waiting on their verdict. It is a long process so the sooner you file the better. When you get denied, give BurnettDriskill a call, you really don’t have anything to loose.

I find Burnett Driskill to be nicely professional and responsive to my needs. You don't get ignored, and I feel like a valued client. Let's put it this way, I feel better after I speak with them. Not generally the case for me. Disability can be a long waiting game, but they keep me updated. They won one case for me, one to go.

It would take me days, and many pages to tell about my experience with BurnettDriskill. I was Disabled in an accidental fall, that took me years to recover from. I'm a hard headed person who kept telling himself that I would pull out of it and be fine. Well it just didn't work out that way. Years after my injury I realized that I wasn't going to pull out of it and be fine. It was then I went looking for help. Boy did I pick the right people, BurnettDriskill got me in and had the process started in a few days. Now don't think it was easy, it wasn't. My time with BurnettDriskill was simple, easy and informative. The entire disability process with the Federal Government was a whole different experience. It seemed like the Federal Judge's had no idea what I was dealing with. The Judge I went to hearings with was not at all simpathetic to my situation. However BurnettDriskill kept telling me to hang in there it would all work out. After two hearings and I think Three apeals I was finally granted disability, and received back pay for the extended period it took to get it done. It took years of waiting and filing paper after paper, searching for Dr. records, and waiting for hearings to make it happen, but BurnettDriskill stuck with me and went to much trouble and put in the extra effort to help me along. I am now on Social Security Disability and receiving full benefits. If not for BurnettDriskill I would have never received Disability, and my Wife would be stuck supporting me for the rest of my lifetime. I can't thank BurnettDriskill enough or say enough good things about them. Only Thank You Very much. One last thing, BurnettDriskill received what I thoght was a extremely small amount of money for their service. Sitting here writing this makes me feel very great full that there are still such wonderful people out there. I recommend BurnettDriskill to anyone who needs to file for Disability.

I would highly recommend the Burnett Driskill law firm for anyone needing help working through the disability system and medical insurance. I worked with Mr. Kyle Sciolaro on my case for years. Anyone that is on disability knows that it’s a stressful, emotional process. Mr. Sciolaro was so patient, kind and compassionate with me not only getting through my disability insurance quickly.... but also working with UNUM Insurance which took years to fight he stayed in the fight with me! Because I have clarity issues with my brain Mr. Sciolaro was extra patient with me. I could not have gotten through this stressful process without his patience and understanding with my specific condition. it’s an ugly process to get through the insurance companies and Disability are not fun for anybody to work with. I don’t have the right words to express how much I appreciate Mr. Sciolaro’s compassion he went above and beyond for me and never gave up. He walked step by step with me on days when I had difficulties understanding he helped me understand the forms I was not able to fill out myself. He took his time and patience to give me examples so that I understood it clearly such a wonderful kind compassionate man. I could not have asked for a better person to get me through this. So thankful for all of his help. As long as we worked together it felt I had a real friend on my side. Some people you find along the way you feel should not be in certain professions. Mr. Sciolaro is a blessing to the people that he works with in this difficult kind of work. I wish more people had his kind of compassion in this world. Thank you so much for everything!
