I was not expecting to win my case and was told the process took 2 to 3 years but they finish in just a little more than one. I was very surprised and got more than my wildest dreams. 5 stars is not nearly enough.

I was caught in a never- ending catch-22 trying to get my son a copy of his social security card. He is disabled and never had a state issued ID. SSA insisted he had to show state ID to get the copy. The DMV insisted he had to have his social security card to get ID. Neither agency would provide alternative proof of identity to resolve the issue. Roger Driskill was able to work things out for us. My son's card is on its way!
