I love mr Driskell.he has helped me with so much over the years. when my busband was killed mr driskell came to be with my kids & me.very helpfull staff always polite and friendly.he even recomed a nother lawyer to help me with the loss of my husband and that lawyer was very helpfull and polite.these guys go out of there way to help.they treat you like family the good kind of family.glad to have such caring .polite helpfull lawyers on my side.or i should say my family.

I would not go back to them.... I was told 1 thing then when I went to talk to the lawyer i was told SOMETHING ELSE.... they are very rude

I would HIGHLY recommend Kyle Sciolaro as a Social Security lawyer. He was very helpful, explained everything to me so that I totally understood what was going on. He answered all my questions, and always got back to me in a very timely fashion. I never felt like I was getting the run around, or was being put off. He did everything to make me feel comfortable with what was happening. .

I thought this firm was fantastic. Every time I called, which was several times, the receptionist was very polite and sometimes could even answer my question without transferring me to my attorney. I have to say the best thing that Burnett and Driskill did for me was assign me to Attorney Kyle Sciolaro. I know there were others in acquiring information and submitting requests for needed information and I appreciate them also, however Kyle was the best attorney I have ever dealt with! He is so polite and actually listens. He is prepared and organized. He gets right back to you with any question , concern or case change status. I can not say enough positive things and I am so glad he was appointed my attorney. He has been a life saver and I will never forget that..Thank you Burnett & Driskill

These people helped save my life and keep me from being trapped in nursing home or living on the streets due to my health issues. They work tirelessly to help people with disabilities that all too often are abandoned and forgotten by the rest of society.

Lack of represention

Drove about 250 miles for an appointment just to be turned down at the front desk, just because they did not asked 1 simple question over the phone. The reason they turned me down was I did not have a recent treatment with -in the last 6 months. Only to find out by the S.S. them selves that I DID NOT NEED A RECENT TREATMENT at all. THEY LIED TO ME! On top of that, I could not find anybody else in short notice to help with my Hearing in front of the Judge. What do you know, I LOST THE HEARING! WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO "MY RIGHT TO REPRESENTATION"?!?!? UPDATE (9/16/17): What do you know?!?! They never contacted me after I read the "Owner" response and tried to contact them via contact form threw there website. Way to go on having a bad customer service and t trampoline peoples rights to have legal representation!
