Mr. Niffen is a good man, not just a good lawyer. He was very thorough, asked lots of questions so that he could properly represent us, and he charged a flat fee, not "per call" or "per email". Unfortunately, I've had to deal with lawyers before and I was nickle and dimed to death. Mr. Niffen got us all the way through the process, keeping us informed in a timely manner, responding to calls, and he was available when we had concerns. We refer him often and will use him again to bring my step-son over. Thank you, Mr. Niffen! We appreciate you!

Mr. Niffen was exactly the person I needed to help me with our immigration process. He was professional and easy to get in contact with through the whole process. He was able to give us peace of mind by explaining every part of our paperwork and the next steps we would need to worry about.
