I am so grateful for my neighbor advising me to consider Joe Porzenski for my divorce lawyer.  After 24 yrs of marriage,  I went through an unforeseen divorce and had to learn to navigate new waters.  Joe is an excellent attorney, trustworthy, has amazing attention to detail,  and fought to get me everything I could. I would whole heartedly recommend him.

Joe is hands down the best attorney I have ever had to deal with. He is caring and makes sure to explain things in a manner that isn’t loaded w legal jargon. I’ve heard from so many friends and family that their attorney does whatever it takes to make a dollar. Joe is not like that. He even puts things in perspective that would benefit you and not him making more money. He is more than fair and fights for what is right. He also makes sure to counsel on appropriate things to do so that if you have to go in front of a judge you have your best foot forward! Thank you Joe.

My experience with Turken & Porzenski, LLC, specifically with Attorney Joseph John Porzenski, has been extremely disappointing. Mr. Porzenski has repeatedly demonstrated a blatant disregard for ethical standards and professional conduct. His behavior has included making false statements, misrepresenting facts, and using legal procedures to harass and intimidate. Despite multiple attempts to communicate and address these issues professionally, Mr. Porzenski has remained unresponsive and dismissive, further complicating an already stressful situation. Moreover, the handling of various legal matters has shown a lack of respect for privacy rights and proper legal procedures. This has caused significant distress and unnecessary complications. If you value honesty, integrity, and professional conduct in your legal representation, I would strongly advise you to avoid Turken & Porzenski, LLC. My experience has been a clear demonstration of how legal practice should not be conducted.

One might expect a law firm of this stature to uphold the highest standards of legal ethics and professionalism. However, our interactions have been marred by unnecessary legal maneuvers that seemed designed to intimidate rather than to resolve the actual matters at hand. Legal representation should involve clear communication, respect for all parties, and a commitment to resolving disputes fairly and ethically. Based on my experience, I would urge potential clients to carefully consider these qualities when choosing legal representation, as they are as important as any legal expertise a firm might offer.

I'm great full for the work and time put in by Mr Carmichael. Easy to talk to and a great help dealing with the legal process that I had retained he to represent me on. With me doing my part and him giving me advice on the matter I am more than thrilled with the results of my legal matter. I would definitely be recommending him to anyone who ask for advice on a great attorney. Absolutely the worst attorney I ever had. I had to talk and represent myself as Joe was wanting to accept a plea deal, which I was unaware of until my court date. He was willing to roll over for the prosecutor, sign off, and take my money.
