John is a top notch attorney. I had my son taken from me by his mother and after researching, John was my choice to help me get custody of my son. He's professional, doesn't oversell what can be done, is VERY reasonable with how and what he charges for, as well as extremely proficient with law. He was able to get me everything I wanted (Joint custody, equal time with my son), and defended me against my son's mother extremely well. John doesn't play games, mess around, and I recommend him to anyone. I got my son back, and John helped me save SO much money in legal battles with my ex. Make the right choice. Use these folks.

James Carmichael is unprofessional and I really question his abilities as an attorney. He took my case and 4 months later stopped returning my phone calls. As a result I had to hire another attorney who did more for me in 3 weeks than Carmichael did in 4 months.

Joe and his staff (Mary Lou & Pam) far exceeded my expectations. As a team they navigated an incredibly difficult and messy divorce involving complex assets, multiple businesses and kids. Joe fights to the end on every important issue and works toward a fair resolution. He is a great attorney, has the legal background and experience you need when the odds are stacked against you. I really appreciate the work that Joe and his staff has done for me on my case, After having 2 previous Attorneys Joe is the only one that truly listened and believed in me. I have a very difficult ex that has done everything possible to make me into something that is untrue and Joe was able to show the judge that it was untrue. I very much appreciate what Joe has done for me and I would highly recommend him and his staff.

It has been 1.5 years since my mother's death, still waiting on settlement of estate and trust. Can not get any information from this attorney's office. When making calls to office we are being told that we are being charged for phone calls even when leaving messages on answering machines and not receiving return calls. This matter should have been settled months ago. If I could give a minus 5 I would.
