Boehmer Law is a life saver. Eric got me probation on a major case and then 3 years later helped me terminate the probation early. I highly recommend this law firm.

Boehmer law firm will say whatever they can to get you to hire them. They are more worried about taking your money then they are in actually helping you with your case. Never heard a word from the lawyer who I was handed off too until I called and checked in. Seemed he was more interested in the police report than he was hearing the truth/my side of the situation. Of course they call you every week wanting payment, but it takes months and months to get your case moving forward or to even hear any updates from the lawyer they hand you off too. They’ll say one thing to get you to hire them, but the outcome may very well be the opposite. Cost an arm and a leg, to not get the outcome you discussed before hiring their law firm. Extremely expensive. I had cheaper options but trusted what Eric told me when we sat down to talk prior to hiring Boehmer law firm. Now I wish I went with my cheaper options who likely would of got the same outcome. When it finally gets closer to your case they do communicate better. They will travel to help you with your case which was helpful.

Warning: I would NOT HIRE Pamela Ciskowski for ANY case. Read my experience with her please. Let me be clear: I paid over $5000 and instead of getting immediate custody of my son this law firm tried to talk me into going through a full child custody case to allow the the other Parent a chance to gain custody. (The other parent lost custody to the state for drug addiction/alcoholism/child abuse/child neglect and this law firm told me it would be good to allow the other parent a chance to receive partial custody) They wanted me to drag my case out and get into a custody battle that would cost another $10,000.They did not care about the best interest of the child. They care about money. After spending thousands of dollars before stepping into the court room, My attorney came unprepared, missed court dates, didn’t understand case law, and failed to win an easy custody case. Mrs. Ciskowski did not meet with me as a client, never met or asked about my son, missed court dates, and failed to communicate with me. We parted ways and I filed the out of state custody order ON MY OWN and received full custody. Then they will send you to collections after they fail to represent you. I would Not Hire

The individuals who worked at the front desk were always friendly and kind as well. Eric Boehmer made the near impossible happen for me. In terms of money, his services were well worth the payment and what I would consider a fair price. 10/10 would recommend.
