Adrian Barnello was my attorney for a pretty major case. He did an amazing job! He went above and beyond my expectations by exploring all possible options and outcomes. He explained everything clearly so I was able to make the decision that worked best for me. Although he is young, you’d think he’s been doing this for quite some time as his knowledge of the law is extensive. He made several appearances on my behalf so I didn’t have to miss work when it wasn’t necessary. He showed up early and prepared. And I highly recommend him if you’re in search of a a damn good attorney! 5 stars aren’t enough!

Save your time and money and go somewhere else and if for some reason you decide to go with these guy’s follow you case on track my case. I handled a DUI case with them and their client communication is nonexistent. I started my case in December 2019, court dates would come then they would be pushed off, this happened on and off for two years then I received a piece of mail from them stating I was required to appear in person for my sentencing. Two years of pushing my case off then a week’s notice to appear, I was annoyed especially because I lived out of state at this point but they managed to get my hearing moved to virtual so it wasn’t a problem. My hearing passed and I was given my probation items to complete. Knocked out my recommendation Items immediately and at boehmers request submitted my paperwork to them. A year pasts and I see on track my case that my probation has been violated due to paperwork not being submitted and that I would have to appear in court. I call up confused and am told by eric that they do no submit probation paperwork and what I was told was incorrect. Thank the lord that I had email correspondence backing up my side of the story because otherwise they we’re going to charge me $500 to appear on my behalf. After sending them a copy of the email they agree to go to my hearing for me GREAT NEWS just kidding if thats where this ended I wouldn’t be writing this review. I call a week out from court asking for email confirmation that they are going to appear in court for me and when they send it it states that I am required to be there in person. At this point this is 6 days before my hearing and I am on the other side of the county for work. I call in confused and the clerk confirms that I need to appear in person so I call the courts and they said that my lawyer could appear on my behalf so now im extra confused and call back in and ask to speak to eric on the matter. He has me schedule a phone appointment for the next day. I call in and he says he is going to call the courts and give me a call back the next day. Flash forward I have received no phone call and we are 3 days out so I book a refundable flight home to appear in court. I call the next day and they assure me that they are going to call the courts and call me back. The next day comes and I can’t get a straight answer so I fly to missouri. Day before my case I call in trying to get a straight answer and they informed me that they had not called the courts until now and that I wouldn’t have to appear in person. At this point I have already taken time off of work and paid for a flight to come to this court date and I didn’t trust them to do their jobs so I showed up to court in person anyways. I arrived early and met Anthony who started off the conversation asking why I was here and accusing me of being rude to his clerk on the phone. I told him that his clerk is the one that told me to be here and not one of the three people I called would tell me otherwise so I took time off work paid for a flight and came. No response from him… we handle the case he tells me Im good to go and as Im halfway out the door he yells for me and says “sorry for the inconvenience” like not to be rude but maybe you should have led with that. TLDR: Internal and external communication from boehmer law is nonexistent and no one is on the same page so I have to go to court for no reason. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Eric is amazing! He has helped me out a lot over the years, and is the only one I’d have in my corner fighting for me. If you need someone to defend you, Eric is the guy! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
