After being reassigned lawyers several times in a larger firm, we landed on Jordan. We met him during our free consultation, and it appeared to be his first case ever. He was shaking at the table. Had trouble speaking. And had to excuse himself several times. I was immediately concerned as my case was important to me. I called the firm with my doubts, and they assured he was an experienced attorney. As our case moved on, he called me rarely, I had to call him. Unlike my previous attorney we had. When I did speak to him he had just told my court dates where he would ask for continuances. This is a custody case. Well one day came where he asked me to apear at the court house for another continuance, and the judge says no more, I'm not dressed for trial, I'm not ready for trial, I don't even think he was ready for trial. Once again he starts shaking. I'm infuriated. I start calling other attorneys immediately. On such short notice, no luck comes from that other than advice and to revisit in a few years. On that note, I'm FORCED to settle in agreement with the defendants requirements, Vs going to court, where I was assured by a demon GAL attorney that I would lose. Words could not describe how upset and angry I was. And I'm still paying for this guys mistake today. Almost 30 thousand dollars in lawyer fees and court costs, and minimal custody of my son later. I write this. So if you're looking for an attorney for a custody case, I recommend you look elsewhere.

Long Standing Relationship with a Lawyer I TRUST In 2007 I found myself in an awful situation. I needed a divorce and I needed it to take into account my ex lived on the east coast. Going through ARAG, I found The Taylor Law Firm. From our first meeting, Charles "Chuck" Taylor was kind, funny, warm and caring. He guided me through an ugly situation with professional courtesy and human kindness. Fast forward to 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2015 and a doozy in 2017 -- Chuck was there for me to turn my annual speeding tickets into non-moving violations that saved me points off my license and the cost of increased insurance premiums. In 2017, I got two speeding tickets in one month! Chuck was there for me, fighting to get the best deals from the various localities where said offenses occurred. Chuck was also there to guide me and my soon to be next husband in 2010 with getting a Living Will and Estate set up. He made the process easy, understandable and painless. I can now say I have a Trust, which isn't as pretentious as it sounds. Just consider that without a living will and trust, everything you've worked for: house, savings, retirement plans, are all thrown into limbo by the state if there is no directive on file. I'm so grateful to have a lawyer who takes care of the legalities of my life so I can stop fretting about them. I can honestly say, Charles Taylor, Esq. has made my life easier, safer, better and better protected. I'm glad to know him and recommend his services to anyone in need of expert legal assistance.
