When it comes to having an attorney that will be by your side from beginning to end, Joe Harvath is definitely the attorney to have. From the moment that I called to consult with him about my case, he was ready and willing to assist me in any way possible. The first time that I walked into his office, he made me feel like a friend in need and not just a client. He listened to everything that I had to disclose to him about the case I was involved in and didn't rush me at all. When it comes to an attorney that is on top of his game, he is definitely the right guy for the job and I am highly impressed. He always returned calls or text messages any time that I needed him. He was always prompt in getting back to me with any answers that I needed and never left me worrying. Joe was always proficient in getting additional information for my case using his resources. His knowledge of what he does is extremely impressive and helps put your mind at ease when he is on your case. Every little matter that I needed handled he had his hand in to help me prove my innocence and resolve my case. He even has good contacts with other attorneys to assist you in matters if he can't do so himself. I will definitely be keeping his contact information for future use should I need anything. Joe will be the attorney that I will contact first and have already started spreading the word about him to my friends and family.

I had a criminal case in 2013 that was utterly moronic on my end. I went to d.o.c. as a public defender did nothing for me and didnt inform me i could have gotten 9 months in jail if i waited it out. In prison i was under a lot of stress and commited the same utterly stupid crime and my mother hired Joe. Joe fought for me to no avail. He proposed many alternatives to the court who didnt want to hear him out. I was a difficult client at times as i was stressed to the max, but joe stuck with me. He did end up getting me the best possible deal in the end and i appreciate him more than he knows. I should have left a review when i was released on parole a little over 3 years ago.

My Husband was convicted of a crime in St. Charles county jail, but resided in the state of Wisconsin. It was very hard for me to find a lawyer that I could trust in the state of Missouri. Joe recently handle two cases for me, which are completely different from another. One was a speeding ticket and the other was a theft charge. He was able to have my speeding ticket reduces to a non moving violation and my theft charge reduced to a much less charge (literring). I highly recommend him to anyone!!! I got my first speeding ticket and initially met with the Traffic Law Center. They said the district I got the ticket in is hard on my type of speeding ticket and will not amend it. At the recommendation. Of my car group I got a second opinion from Wayne. He was very knowledgable and straightforward about the process and his fee and what to expect. I decided to hire Wayne. He took care of everything and I didn't have to take off work to appear in court at all. Fast forward and I received a letter stating the ticket was amended to a non moving violation. I couldn't be happier with the result. The price of hiring Wayne combined with the ticket is much lower than the cost of the original ticket and the resulting hike in insurance. Would hire again and will definite recommend to anyone.
