Mr. Nevada Smith did an outstanding job representing my children. My husband and I used Smith Law to apply for a green card and based on our experience they were outstanding! Mrs. Smith is very professional, knowledgable, and organized and she made the process very straightforward. We applied for the green card in May of 2017, prior to this she was getting our paperwork prepared and making sure that all information was filled out correctly. We schedule appointments during this time to discuss the process and what was all needed. The communication was great because this process was very nerve wrecking to us because we knew little about the process. After the summer, we were then scheduled for an interview in September 2017. The case moved very quickly. Mrs. Smith came with us to the interview for support. My husband and I felt very prepared for the interview. After the interview we were approved the following day. We were very excited about the news! I could not have imagined going through this process without their help and service. There was so much to this process that I was unaware of and I was very nervous, but Mrs. Smith provided great guidance and assurance with open communication, organization, and by filling everything correctly. I would recommend their services to any individual who is filing for the green card or other cases. I will use Smith Law in the future because they are professional and experienced within the field.

Nevada Smith served as the GAL (guardian ad litem) for my never-ending custody case and did an outstanding job. For all the dad's out there who feel like they don't have a great chance at winning a custody case I'd suggest Mr. Smith. He provided me with his honest assessment of my case and made me no promises. I'm the kind of person who would rather have honesty than pay a lawyer to blow smoke and take money. From what I saw through my case is he covers every step needed and kept me in the loop for all of it. I've always done the best I can to be a father and am grateful for Mr. Smith help in solidifying my case with the courts. I was on a sinking ship, working with Cordell and Cordell for almost 9 months at an extreme cost, I was finally divorced, by default, only to have my ex find a dead beat lawyer that just wanted money, to get the case re-opened and hit me with emergency child support and her lawyer fees. She was on prescription pills and alcohol and I couldn't do anything about it....thanks to Cordell and Cordell, I was also out $26,000 for a default judgment with nothing but more bills coming. I was referred to Nevada as a family law attorney that was reasonable, but really good. As my case unfolded over the past 4 years, he has proven this time and time again. I could not have been placed in better hands. When I walked into Nevada's office for the first time I was paralyzed with fear that I would not be able to protect my son.
