Recently, I sought legal assistance for the adoption of my stepdaughter and the subsequent change of her last name. My search for a reputable family law firm led me to a sponsored advertisement on Google. Intrigued by their online presence, I visited their website on Sunday and left a detailed inquiry regarding my situation, expecting a prompt response. Contrary to my expectations, I received an email from the firm's secretary the following Monday, advising me to call the office directly for further assistance. Despite the firm's investment in advertising to attract potential clients like myself, I felt my initial attempt to engage with them was overlooked. This experience highlighted a disconnect between their marketing efforts and their client engagement process.

I met with Nevada for a consultation. The office assistant was helpful and polite from my initial call and upon entering their office. Nevada was on time, appeared to be professional and courteous. He gave me a lot of information and I felt well informed on the issue I met with him about. He also took a few minutes to make small talk which is nice as I am human and need a connection. I'm sure he would have remained all business had I been a paying client. Hoping to not need his support, but feeling confident from our brief meeting if I do. Thank you Smith law team!

Nevada Smith and team did a great job with my divorce and child custody battle. After 2 years of false allegations about my character as a father, Nevada made sure I was given a fair chance at having my children 50/50. He handled things fair and calm and my x wife was given more than enough grace through this tough process. I highly recommend Nevada and will use him for any future legal cases I may need!

The lead attorney Smith is one of the rudest and classless men I have ever met. His secretary that sits the closest to his desk is absolutely no better. I was there to drop off a key and to pick up a check. There have been emails sent prior (his attitude/tone in the emails was no better than it was in person) so he and his secretaries knew I was coming. After I dropped off the keys the receptionist dangled the check in the air saying “I have her check” and when I went to go grab it, pulled it away and rudely asked “who are you”. I don’t mind that she had to verify my identity (even though she was well aware of who I was and why I was there) but there was no need to be hostile and rude towards someone who genuinely had nothing to do w the bigger situation. The whole time Smith was in his glass office and less than 10 ft away from what was going on. After his receptionist spiked me out of the check she gets up to ask him if she can give me the check. He starts replying in a loud tone telling her not to give me anything unless I dropped off the keys. He was so bent out of shape about this the receptionist had to tell him multiple times that I already gave the keys over. When he finally calmed down, he allowed the respect ionise to give me the check and in the spirit of transparency I snatched the check from the lady and walked out. I don’t know how their service is as a law firm but if you cant treat an innocent third party (who was doing them a favor) W proper customer service or a positive disposition the I can only imagine how they do their clients. I posted this review on yelp and I urge others looking into this business to check out their reviews on there as well.

I honestly didn’t think meditation would work. Nevada did a great job and presented everything in an orderly fashion for us to follow, discuss and devise a plan. We were married for 29 years and I thought this would take forever to decide what we were going to do. I much preferred doing it this way over going to court. I would highly recommend meditation and Nevada.

Highly recommend using these guys. They were quick, efficient, and a pleasure to work with.

With the help of Monica, we have successfully finished two immigration cases in the last two years, and both went remarkably smooth and fast. Monica was very knowledgeable and professional. She was able to answer my questions and concerns in a timely manner. Monica was very easy to communicate with and gave us proper advice throughout the whole process. We are extremely happy with Monica. We will definitely go to her if we have immigration issues in the future and will highly recommend her and her team.

Nevada Smith is the worst unethical lawyer I've ever had the displeasure of meeting . Filed false paperwork to judge and put my name on it which I did not sign or authorized . Never discussed my case with me. I'm not sure if he was incahoots with my ex husband or what. Had to call and remind him myself of a court date. He cost me my case with his incompetence and neglect or his union with my ex. I would not recommend unless you want to walk away with nothing .

Nevada stepped in and helped me effectively wrap up my divorce case following poor legal counsel. He and his staff were professional, wise and easy to work with. My only regret is not starting here!
