Nevada and the entire staff at Smith Law Offices did a phenomenal job and provided a smooth experience for my case. I came from another law firm who did not provide a good experience and Nevada took over and it was smooth sailing from there. I highly recommend using them for your needs.

Nevada was able to answer my many questions, which was very helpful. I was able to schedule appointments with him in a good amount of time.

Nevada provided service that I believe was second to none. Two things that my case was not is short or easy. The one true north that I always had was Nevada as he was there every step of the way to provide me guidance and ensure that we made progress toward my best interest not anyone else’s. He was extremely responsive and compassionate to all of my concerns but also firm when he needed to ensure that I was thinking clearly and not allowing me to get wrapped up in the emotion that goes along with the situation. I hardly expect that from anyone except my closest friends let alone my attorney. It is safe to say that I was not just a client of Nevada’s, but he also treated me as a true friend not just a client. I know that Nevada practices in multiple areas and he has a client for life with me. I would recommend that if you have any reservations just sit down and have a conversation with him and you will hire him on the spot just as I did!

I hired Nevada Smith after battling a separation and divorce for over a year with another attorney. My lawyer at the time was not keeping me informed, nor even working on my case. Often, I would leave messages and she would never get back to me. I started to panic because I felt that my current counsel was going to hang me out to dry. Nevada came recommended by a co-worker and after our first consultation, I knew he was a great lawyer. I was more informed after our first one-hour meeting than I had been in the last year. Both Nevada and his staff members were always one step ahead, as well as proactive in getting everything done timely and efficiently. They were patient with me and there to answer all of my questions with a phone call/email/etc.. Great choice for an attorney for fathers who need someone on their side. Nevada provided me with an honest assessment of my case and was there for me set by step through it until completion. Even after the case was closed he and his office stayed in touch to clear up the child support issues. I could not be more happy with him as my attorney. Nevada was never prepared when I had an appointment. He would say that he hadn't reviewed my file. He was hard to reach and I had to go to his office on two occasions to get answers after repeated calls text and emails. He always seemed to busy to answer my questions. In the end he gave me answers then when it came time to sign the papers the answers changed.

I had a great experience with Smith Law office. In particular the staff goes above and beyond to keep me updated. Communication is better than any other law offices that I had experience with. Mr. Smith is a good attorney and good person, very down to earth.

Charged for items that he stated he didn't charge for, called multiple times to address charge over 4 months. Had to go to his office and ask for a explanation, staff said he had made a mistake about charging me but refused to reverse charges. Requested legal advice (paid a large retainer) and no service. As a customer, he appeared knowledgeable but no action from him or his office.
