I’ve been dealing with a case that I caught in Wentzville in 2021 that a few lawyers told me that I was going to have to do some type of jail time for because of my prior convictions. After calling around and looking at reviews I found Bert Fulk. Fast forward to today 08-22-2024 I got the results I was looking for which was probation. I’m definitely keeping him in my contacts and would recommend him to anybody that’s in need of a lawyer.

Bert Fulk has been a great professional to work with. His communication skills are excellent. He will fight hard to get you the best outcome in your case. He is very transparent and works hard for his clients. Thanks again, Bert!

I was incredibly blessed to have Kyle appointed as my public defender. My first interaction with him I was homeless and using drugs and called him THE NIGHT BEFORE my court date. I was probably rambling and making no sense at the time of the phone call. THE NEXT DAY at court he shows up with a bag and inside he brought me a polo shirt and instructed me to wear at next court appearance, he also brought food, snacks and drinks which he said was from he and his son due to their sympathy to my situation. He represented me that day for the one case he was appointed to but I had 3 more felony charges and 4 misdemeanors that he also became my representative for. When court was finished that day he even asked how I got there cuz he knew my situation and even gave me a ride in his personal car to where I needed to go. Also while my legal trouble was going on I missed a court date of my own fault and was issued a warrant for my arrest which Kyle handled and took care of for me on a case he wasn’t even my lawyer for! To wrap it all up he was always there for me anytime I needed anything and most importantly got me into a program which as a result really helped my legal situation for the best in a way I never even dreamed possible. 5 stars truly isn’t enough for this man and I truly consider myself incredibly blessed for him being my lawyer and I would recommend him to family, friends and everyone in between. I would highly recommend Bert Fulk for,all your legal needs. He is always quick to respond and is very thorough. He has helped us in several situations and and is very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely give him 6 stars if I could.

Highly skilled and professional I'm overdue for this review, but better late than never. Bert and his Assistant, Danielle, were professional, caring, and prompt every step of the way during my case. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner. This firm really cares about their clients and it shows.

Mr. Fulk was an EXCELLENT attorney!! He helped me through my DWI situation. The end result was that I did not get charge granted I stay out of trouble for a year. It was like a world of stress had lifted from my shoulders! He was excellent from start to finish, constantly reassuring me and calming my nerves.
