Todd Marler is a very compassionate knowledgeable and extremely responsive attorney. He was always available to answer my questions any day any time! Sensitive thoughtful and as detailed as they come. He kept me calm and provided professional guidance during one of the most difficult situations - getting a divorce.

I retained Mr. Marler to handle my divorce. He came highly recommended from a couple of friends and colleagues. My ex-wife hired an attorney with a reputation of running up legal fees and turning every divorce into a $30,000 ordeal. She made threats. Her attorney made threats. Todd remained focused and unaffected throughout the entire process. His advice and guidance was sound and spot on from the very first consultation. I ended up with exactly the custody and support arrangements he suggested from day 1. He didn't make promises. Attorneys are never supposed to make promises. He simply delivered results. He makes himself more available to his clients than any attorney I have ever encountered. Quite simply, he is an incredible attorney who really cares about his clients. I recommend him to everyone.

I hired Todd for a modification of child support and custody case. My ex-husband was trying to modify our original divorce agreement. He and his attorney (they advertise on the radio and tv a lot and focus on "Dads rights") were trying to bully me and tried to litigate me into submission. Todd wouldn't stand for it. The case lasted around a year. That's not an extremely long duration in St. Louis County Court though. It wasn't cheap, although my ex spent nearly three times as much as me! The result: my child support increased by 27% and we refined the visitation schedule and my ex actually ended up with two days less per month! Todd is a god send! I am sure my ex will try again. When he does, I am calling him for sure.
