The Polaris team is very passionate about educating their clients in relatable ways that makes one more confident when making estate planning decisions. 3 years ago I contacted my family attorney about establishing a will and living trust. I also knew I needed a special needs trust for a disabled child that was approaching adulthood. My attorney eventually decided my needs were best served by a specialist and facilitated a meeting with Scott Stork. Scott took care of my planning needs addressing more than 30 things I hadn't even considered. When I compare the quality of the service, the product and the comprehensive support I receive from Polaris and compare that to the will & trust other members of my family have; the process at Polaris Law is light-years ahead. Scott and Ray will teach you that there are two things that cause trusts to fail and they will partner with you to ensure yours is bulletproof. If you are going to spend the money to have a trust (and you should) spend the money with a firm that specializes in this type of law.

Scott and his staff are top notch! My wife and I wanted to have a trust set up in case the unthinkable were to occur that our son was provided for and that our family would know what our wishes were. Scott is able to take a complicated subject and make it easy to understand. His step by step approach, superior subject knowledge and assistance with helping to get the trust funded were all greatly appreciated.

Since birthdays kept adding up and we hit our fifties, my wife and I decided to look into estate planning. We did some research into some local estate planning law firms and really liked the backgrounds of the attorneys at Polaris. We met with Raymond Chandler and he could not have been more nice or professional. The whole process opened our eyes as to what it all entails, and the different levels of planning you can do for your family. I cannot recommend Raymond Chandler enough.
