When you hire the firm, you hear from the all the time. After that it is downhill. They lose paperwork, won't return phone calls or emails and does not care about your case. Calling in to speak to someone is a nightmare and getting them to do their job is nonexistent. Mr. Tobias seems clueless in what is going on with his case load. Run and don't waste your time or energy with this law firm.

We are, unfortunately current clients. The office staff is incredibly disorganized and horrible at their jobs. I rarely hear from the same "paralegal" more than twice. I am constantly getting motions to dismiss due to missing paperwork that was turned in multiple times. Even after confirming they have the documents, someone else emails asking for them. This cycle happens several times over. The attorney representing us is no longer with the firm and we were not notified. I have no idea who our attorney is.
