This was the worst experience. You have to call him for everything. He will not reach out to you at all for correspondence. He did nothing for me and was in no way there to represent me. Was a total waste of money. Did not put in any effort. Had to call him every step of the way if you wanted to hear from him. Would not waste your time or money.

Mr. Kasper has a nearly impeccable eye for detail. He sees things other attorneys miss. He won't tell you can do something he can't do. Down to earth. He has my utmost trust and respect. Due to various life happenings, I trust few people. Mr. Kasper gets back to me in a timely manner--within a few hours to 47 hours even if a quick email for something simple. Mr. Kasper is patient in talking and not rushed. It can be hard to remember minute details from a year or two before and Mr kasper will help you go over your material when your memory is vague

This was a worst experience I've ever had. I've had to call every step of the way to get anything done with little to no follow ups from them. You'll end up doing 90% of the work for him and it will get you no where. He doesn't seem to care if you win your case or not and doesn't fight anything the employer says. I've been waiting for follow up for months now, and nothing, I refuse to call for anymore info and to move forward with him. DO NOT use this law firm if you actually want to get anywhere with your lawsuit.

Our entire family of four fell apart, a very simple case snowballed. We had to move away (threats and intimidation by local law enforcement, myself and my children) and scatter apart. The marriage couldn’t handle it, especially after one spouse was taking inside by two officers and told what to write (bogus witness statement). With one piece of paper (that this attorney claimed was never supplied to him) and the key witness that could have testified (and wanted to) for an unquestionable dismissal (either way, the paper or the witness, only one or the other was needed) however, the witness was given the wrong day and time this attorney at the last minute, preventing the witness’s testimony for defense. Everything snowballed and now, consequentially, due to all of the emotional pain, our son is dead. He trusted this man. Please, pray for our other son who is struggling. All of this destroyed our lives. We were a beautiful family of four, now a family no more.

Kevin and Amanda are outstanding! Professional, patient and diligent. I highly recommend them.
