6/19/2024-1 year update!!!! The most effective way to communicate is through email. This is after you become a client. They do have a switchboard operator who is so kind and helps to the best of her ability, however it is next to impossible to reach anyone by phone so voicemail it is. Somethings are better communicated through a simple conversation over the phone it would be for clarity and a sense of security. The advice that I Iend to you is: Be patient! The turnaround can be twice as long as you anticipate. Your care providers may move as slow as you are being told. Or perhaps backlog maybe causing your case manager to move slower than expected. Either way, ask several questions up front about the process and especially about forms of communication. AND Communicate as detailed and clear as you can. You will have to be content with no news for long periods of time. Also, slower turnarounds with processing of records and other documents. I am still trusting the process. It has been a journey. I have some legal background so I have an understanding on how a high volume caseload, high priority cases, and plain priority cases can cause one to be overworked. Original Post- Gets the job done! I am satisfied with the services thus far and I have not had to try to do this alone. I appreciate all the time and effort that is going into my case.

I do not think it is possible to accurately relay just how great Matt W. and his team were while helping me through a really rough time for my family and I.
