I was referred to Richard Klein by my probate attorney. I am very grateful for what Richard did for my son and I. He is very easy to work with and cares about what you are going thru. Any questions or concerns I had were always answered within the hour. I recommend Richard to everyone I know. Richard Klein is AMAZING and will always fight hard for his clients to get them what they deserve and then some!!! I will forever be grateful for what he did for my son!!!

Richard Klein was wonderful!!! He helped be with every step of the way when I got rear-ended. He was thoughtful and concerned of my wellbeing and made the whole process super simple so me and my family could focus on my health and healing process! I hired Richard Klein after I had a bad accident and it was a very smart thing to do. Richard stayed in touch with me and walked me through everything, i cannot say how much he got me because the insurance company made me sign a NDA but I can tell you, i paid off my house, bought a new jeep, bought a used pickup paid all my bills and was able to invest a good chunk of money. Richard will fight hard for you. i have recommended him to five people so far, and they are very happy with his service

I was regrettably referred to this practice for a personal legal matter. My case was severely mishandled with multiple communication errors before switching my representation. If you have anything more complicated than a speeding ticket, I would suggest you look elsewhere.

I hired him 20 months after signing a release with my insurance company yet he was able to recover a significant amount of money. He kept me informed and was prompt to answer every single question. He is very warm and respectful. Most importantly, he knows the law. Having a nationally recognized trial lawyer on your side makes insurance companies think twice before deciding to lose in court.

Richard is fantastic! A large truck rear ended me and knocked me out. No insurance company contacted me.
Within a few days of hiring Richard, his firm had obtained statements from witnesses, the 911 tape, talked with the EMT, and had an expert download the "black box" from the truck.
He also helped me make arrangements with my employer to keep my job while I'm out if work. He helped me find ways to make ends meet while unable to work and still be able to pay my bills.
He settle my case for great money! I highly recommend him!!!
