I had a very complicated business/personal BK that lasted over multiple years. I engaged Jim Day in the last year to assist in some complicated aspects. He was very professional, easy to work with, positive and got the job done. Bankruptcy is one of the more stressful things that you can go through and I highly recommend Jim. What ever small additional cost will be well worth it.

Dave Terry is known as the “go to” lawyer in St Louis, and in Missouri, for cases involving injuries in nursing homes. Through decades of hard work and dedication he has earned the respect and trust of judges and attorneys throughout the area. His expertise extends well beyond nursing home cases. Fellow lawyers often consult with Dave, and will refer their difficult cases to him. Besides being a distinguished attorney, Dave is an outstanding gentleman who is known for his character and compassion. In short, he comes highly recommended.

I give David Terry my highest endorsement. I have not ever been asked about a nursing home case (thank God), but if someone asked for a referral for a lawyer who was conscientious, diligent, caring and thorough, I would certainly send them David's way. If you find yourself in such a situation, you should call David Terry right away.

I have had the pleasure of consulting with Dave on the aspects of nursing home and assisted living facility cases. He is very experienced and knowledgeable in the regulatory and safety aspects of how nursing homes and assisted living facilities should be operating. He cares about his clients and works very hard to get them the best results possible under the circumstances of their case.

Wonderful experience! Jim is a great person, attorney, friend.
We used him for our legal advice. Then when the process started he was with us through everything. Our case was very crazy and Im sure at times felt like it would never end. He was by our side through it all! We highly recommend him for any needs you may have! Thanks Jim from the Wells Family!

I refer all my clients who have potential nursing home abuse cases to David. He handles the matters competently. David is very courteous to my clients which they appreciate greatly. He returns phone calls immediately, explains the law patiently, and protects them from unwarranted behaviors by opposing counsel. My clients feel fortunate to have him for their attorney. I feel very comfortable giving his name to my clients.
