Rich helped me with my DUI. He was punctual and always responded in a timely fashion. He also answered questions long after he got me to the finish line.

Mr. Day handled a squatter situation for us. He gets star#1 for answering call promptly, early in the morning. I expected to leave a message and a lackey would reach out later. Star #2 is for guidance. Not necessarily free advice, but he gave clear directions on how I should get the case started. Third star is because THIS GUY REACHED OUT, unsolicited, to let me know how the case was moving. What a unicorn! Star #4 is for honesty. The case seems to be concluding, and he is offering options for pursuit. He is honest enough to let us know the risk vs value. Number 5 star reveals my relief to have this nasty situation handled so competently.

Filing for bankruptcy was already a stressful and difficult situation to even think about but with Mr. Day he made it easier to understand and instructed every step of this journey with ease and compassion. He has helped me with so much regarding this issue and turned this nightmare into a reality of relief where I no longer need to worry about it. He was very easy to reach and got with me and started handling my business immediately after hiring him. I went through some major life changes during the court process and I didn't expect him to be so understanding *because let's face it, life isn't kind* - but he did what he could to make it work for me.
