It shouldn't take ANYONE that long to contact someone back, sounds like they have someone that's NOT doing their job of checking voice mail messages and directing people to where they need to be because I have a problem and I'm pretty sure whoever I speak with will know more about my problem than me but it's been 2 ½ WEEKS now and I haven't heard from anyone and I know things take time called "due process", but at least I check my voice mails at least 3 times a week

Was not able to reach anyone by phone so I drove downtown to try my luck in person. Front desk agent for building directed me to web site for general info. No walk-ins are allowed
