I don't like anything about this company. The website doesn't work right and the receptionist is ignorant af. She hung up on me after I told her the website is not working right

I had a very negative experience with the receptionist. She was very rude and would keep interrupting me after she would ask a question. Next, she put me on hold and upon returning she just sat there and when I said hello in a positive voice, she hung up on me. I called back and she said it was an accident. This program is a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!
