We consulted with three different attorneys before deciding to hire David to handle our case. We were very worried about how we would legally navigate through all the paperwork involved with updating my husband's status. It was just too important to play around with. Immigration law can be very complex and with the state of the country we did not want to leave anything to chance. Working with David was easy. He clearly explained every step along the way. My wife and I began a journey less than a year ago with her immigration and today she officially immigrated to the USA. I contacted David Cox regarding a E2 business visa application following a recommendation from a business contact I had. I knew David was the lawyer to help me with my application when I received his initial email - the same day I contacted him and his answer was clear, concise, knowledgable and honest about whether he thought my business was suitable for this application. David ALWAYS responded within 24 hours to any queries and questions I had. When I was not able to provide certain evidence criteria (due to my situation) he suggested alternatives that would be appropriate. He pulled my application together quickly, was very thorough and my application was accepted and successful within 10 days. I have used a lot of immigration lawyers and David is the best I have worked with. I would not hesitate to recommend his firm or use him again. In addition, David quoted my costs up front and that was what I paid. His price is fair and competitive for this industry however I felt the level of service was far superior to what I have previously experienced.
