I was in an accident last year at close of summer, was given Brians name at a Gas station as this person used them in their car accident-- I can SAY. PATIENCE IS KEY-- I didnt have life threating injures- and no deaths, When I Tell U-- BRIAN AND KELLY ARE FABULOUS THEY ARE AND HARD WORKING AND FAIR-- THEY LISTEN to You-- its not about the INSURANCE COMPANYS DESIRE-- I will say call THEM BEFORE YOU CALL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY-- BRIAN WAS NICE ENOUGH TO SEE ME AT MY HOME, And i was amazed at that-- I LIVE IN ILLINOIS-- IF YOU WANT 5 STAR service THIS IS WHO YOU NEED TO CALL FIRST-- BEFORE ANYONE ELSE--

So im dealing with an issue and I simply called for advice and next steps to take what I was told was even though a manufacturers product almost killed me had it killed me I would have a case , since it didn't oh well , that's the extent of these lawyers, my recommendation is no matter how much money you make everyone deserves to be treated with empathy and respect I heard none smdh , thanks for the advice it's not about what I do or do not want to hear it's about how you go about it he answered the phone nice enough and soon as it wasn't worth his time whole tone changed

Andy and his staff are amazing!!!! Communication is always great with them also. They respond to emails and voice-mail super quick! I had to bring my 8yr old with me for a zoom deposition and Andy, Kelly and the rest of the office staff were so sweet with her!! Kelly watched her for me while I did my deposition, and that's not in her job description. I was so grateful. Andy also gave her cake!!! I highly recommend this law firm! They are honest, hard working great people!!! Andy will go the extra mile for you, always!!!
