Just want to say that this is a great law firm! Ryan Horace is not only a great attorney but a great guy,he’s helped me through this process at every point and updates me often.

It seems like they don't provide as much legal services as they use to. And the last case they took of mine they really didn't do a thorough job because it was really cut-and-dry the evidence was there. They chose to overlook it.

On February 5tth , 2016 I was diagnosed with Malignant Pericardial Mesothelioma. Upon reading about this disease, I learned very quickly that my prognosis was bleak at best . I originally was contacted by a different law firm than SWMW , however they gave my case over to SWMW shortly after my initial interview with them. That turned out to be the BEST thing that happened to me . I could tell within the first couple of contacts with SWMW law that they had my interest in the forefront . I never got the " run around " from them even when I was so unsure about how things were going on my particular case . My case was especially difficult deal with as I didn't have any CLEAR cause of how I contacted this disease. They didn't care about the cause at that point , only that I had the disease and they were going to go forward and protect my rights.I have to say that my attorney , Steve Arristie , was and is still amazing . He is no way the " typical" lawyer type that I've come to expect from my past experience with lawyers . He actually cares !!! It wasn't a pretense with Steve. He kept me informed every step of the way during the trail faze of my case and to this day he contacts me twice a year just to see how I'm doing .... How I'm feeling .... not many attorneys working for big firms in major cities take the time to call a 64 year old client who lives in one of the most remote areas of the USA . Steve did and still does to this day . I am very pleased with the professionalism and caring that SWMW law has shown me over these past 5 years . I have fortunately been in REMISSION for almost 3 years now . The odds of that happening were very small however , here I am . And still I get updates and calls about my well being from SWMW law , even after my case has pretty much been all but settled. I did receive great compensation because of all the hard work Steve and the firm did on my behalf. SWMW law is the ONLY firm I would trust with this devastating disease . It's a hard thing to have to go through, and unfortunately it is almost always fatal. It puts your mind at ease knowing that the people at SWMW law will get you the very best results that they can.They do it with expert knowledge and professionalism that is needed to protect the rights of all of us who, because of no fault of our own , contacted a rare and very fatal disease . I am very fortunate to have them working on my behalf .
