Great law firm. They really care about their clients. If you are not in the state their office is in, they will come to you and not charge you. SMMW Law are very consistent with keeping you informed of the outcome. Staff is very client friendly and have a lot of respect for their clients. It’s been 3 months almost since I contacted these people and STILL have not gotten a call returned. I’m in a case fighting to see my son, whom I haven’t seen in months even though there’s a court order for me to have my time with him. Nobody seems to give a damn, especially not these people. I was going to reach out again but after reading all these reviews, I’d rather skip the free aid and go BACK into court ALONE, AGAIN, and just deal with it myself. Absolute zero stars if I could.

I want to give my deepest condolences to anyone with a loved one going through this horrible disease, it is by far one of the awful things I’ve ever seen anyone go through. When my dad wanted to do this, i was very much against it. Who wants to spend what little time you have left with a bunch of lawyers, but when Ben and his unbelievably compassionate team showed up and started this process, it was like nothing I could prepare for. They are so thorough about every detail, and have memory tactics, that somehow brought back memories from 40+ years ago. They took care of business and yet still some how brought so much laughter in between the tears, of things that my dad did years ago that he had completely forgotten about and we never even knew about. My dad looked forward so much to Ben showing up just to talk and reminisce about things that had brought him so much joy earlier and yet still building a rock solid case. When my dad couldn’t go any further, and was getting weak, this whole team didn’t push him to continue, (which I would not have allowed anyway), but yet showed some of the most genuine compassion I’ve ever seen. Even after my dad was done, I still would receive phone calls or text from Ben daily wanting to know if there was anything they could, (not relating to his case, but personally). I cannot say enough about this whole team. Even after my dad passed away, they still showed the utmost entegrity and professionalism in taking care of his final wishes. For anyone going through this horrible situation, I can’t recommend enough to let these guys, (who I would consider family) to take care of your loved one. You will not be sorry. Thank you to every single one of you that supported and engaged in this horrible time in our life, I can’t imagine going through this without you guys.
