I hired his office in April of 2022 and now that it’s October they’re just now telling me they won’t be able to represent me after getting all of the evidence from a driver running a red light. They all seem confused and have very bad customer service. Definitely stay away he makes better videos on the radio then he does being a lawyer. I’m not sure if Roderick white is even there to help his attorneys.

It has taken almost a year to settle a simple hit and run accident. I electronically signed my check June the 5th of 2022. It is now August 22, 2022 and they are telling me they don’t know when I’ll get paid out of the check. They even told me 8 to 10 more weeks!!!! I’m just to out done with them! I ended up with a very small amount considering what the pay out was! Disappointing to say the least!!!

Hired your firm, completed all recommendations & trusted the advice. No contact or replies for months. I sent an email to your acct then Taylor called to say case feel btw cracks & was to be litigated by another firm. Zero contacts from either party . Nice secy reached out to Taylor but no reply from him or the firm. Weeks passed then called back. More apologies and week later firm declined case after conversations with Racqueal who forwarded msg from firm misstatting police report blamed me with witnesses. My police report say driver lost consciousness before hitting me and no witnesses. Huge disappointing nd disrespectful encounters communicated to make you aware. Waiting on release priorcomplaints. to public and formal compliants.

This firm is ridiculous, I’m lost for words, if you want to see for yourself hire Roderick White.

I'm very dissapointed in this law firm. Like everyone has said they do not call you back or answer their email. My daughter was in a car accident 12/31/2016 and we have yet to settle this case. The other people in the car with her that used other lawyers been received thier settlements! When I first went to the office I should have known then, it was very unorganized and not professional looking. This was the biggest mistake I ever made! I will never recommend this firm to anyone ever!

The St. Louis office personnel is very unprofessional. I too feel like I'm getting the run around.

I am glad I hired this firm! After reading reviews on various lawyers, I was reluctant to hire an attorney, but thankful I did. I could not be more pleased with Attorney Roderick White, his staff, and my settlement! The insurance tried to lowball me, but he fought for me and continued to negotiate until he got the maximum offer. :) His staff has wonderful customer service and were always attentive to my needs. Due to the wreck, my car was totaled so I had no way to treat, and I was in terrible pain. They referred me to a friendly chiropractic clinic that provided transportation and also a pharmacy that delivered my medication right to my doorstep! His staff is also patient and understanding throughout the entire process. They kept in touch and I was always informed of anything going on with my case. Very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate the services he provided and I would recommend Mr. White to anyone that is looking for a personal injury lawyer.

This Law Firm always took the time out of their day to answer all my questions and concerns that I had in regards to my case. They even sent me to clinics where it was most convenient for me. I really wasn't expecting the amount that they helped me settle for but I'm grateful they were to get me the amount they did.

I was in a car accident on February 28, 2015. My friend and I decided to hire Roderick White to handle our case. As of today, we still have not been paid on this case. The insurance company settled the case over three weeks ago, but no payment has been made to me or my friend. They have given every excuse in the world why our check has not been issued. Once I threatened to contact someone and file a complaint, they sent me a break down of my payment out. They asked me to call back on Monday, December 28th 2015 to see when I can pick up my check. I called back, but they were not available to take my call.

I was a passenger in my Brother's car headed home from a family event. A car ran a red light, we were hit on my side. I was hurt and had extreme pain in my lower back. A friend told me about Roderick White, so I decided to give him a call. He put my brother into a rental right away. We started treatment the same day. Thats what I call fast service! Im glad I made the decision to call him. Roderick C. White helped me settle may case and I was extremely satisfied.

I highly recommend this law firm. I have been in 3 accidents, non of which were my fault and this was the first time that I felt like work was being done on my behalf without me having to badger them. They kept me up to date, I never felt as though I was in the dark with what was going on and they moved pretty fast based on my experience with other law firms from my previous accidents. Very thankful my friend referred me to this office!
