I spoke with Christian Misner regarding an issue with a car we recently bought at a local car dealership. Since the website mentions that they deal in Consumer Law I called and that’s when I first spoke with Chris, Christian’s paralegal. He told me what he needed in order to get Christian involved and help get us some answers to what our rights were. Both men were fantastic to work with! They both returned calls &/or emails quickly & got us the answers we needed. Christian guided me as to what was realistic & could easily be done to resolve the issue without spending a ton of money in attorney fees. Anyone that needs help with Gonsumer Law I would highly recommend getting in touch with these gentlemen. Our issue was resolved & Christian did not end up having to file anything on our behalf, but even when he responded he was graceful & stated he was happy that it all worked out for us. I will keep him in mind for any future needs we may have, though I hope to not have a need for an attorney.

I have to say, being involved in a legal case was highly unusual and pretty scary. But Tom made the experience as painless as possible and I instantly felt comfortable with him and his team. He explained things to me and made recommendations for the best plan of action and fought for me so I could win my case. He talked to me like a human being and a friend instead of just a client. When I needed input and support he was always available. He even prayed with me over the phone. We never met in person because we live in different states but I now know I can reach out to him whenever I need legal assistance or support again. I highly recommend him and his firm. They didn't overcharge me and did their best to save money and get through all the legal issues we had to confront in a timely fashion so I could finally put this behind me quickly and painlessly.
