Wonderful experience during a stressful time after struggling getting help with workers' comp. Wasn't sure I would be taken seriously since my injury wasn't as severe (or as profitable for them) as a neck or a back. Daija, my paralegal, was patient, professional and proactive as she stayed in contact with me, patiently waited for my replies, and offered reassurance that I would not lose my job. Erica, my attorney, explained the process without speaking legalese, so I knew what to expect. Together, they got what I needed - the procedure I was denied which improved my discomfort and range of motion. There was also a nice settlement, and I am still employed, doing what I love. I knew from the beginning that Bruning Law Firm was the right representation for me due to them immediately answering all of my questions. Then, I went straight to google and saw hundreds of 5 star reviews. They gave me a timeline of exactly how my case should go and that is precisely how it went. Over the course of my case, my paralegal, Destinee was the best at what she does. She always made me feel comfortable and always answered any of the questions that I had. If there was anything she didn’t know, she would go find out and get back to me as soon as possible. She had the best customer service and communication. My car ended up being totaled but I’m thankful to be blessed with my settlement. I can go on forever about The Bruning Law Firm. I utilized Bruning Law for a car accident. They were very prompt getting me set up with an attorney and getting medical appointments started. The medical professionals they use really care, and if there is a problem the paralegals are on top of it. Communication was great and Dylan did what he could to make sure a fair settlement was reached. The paralegal, Beth, has been wonderful and super responsive.

Katy and Dylan were fantastic. I contacted Bruning because I was having issues just getting in contact with someone from the other party's insurance company. After contacting Bruning I had to worry about nothing. They made sure all medical invoices were paid. They made sure the settlement was fair. I could not be more happy with my choice in representation. I would 100% recommend Bruning, and specifically Dylan and Katy, to anyone I know. They were amazing. Hopefully, I never am in this situation again, but if I am, I will definitely contact them immediately.

Well I would like to say these people are amazing and works hard. I had so many questions and they answered them. It took time on my case but it's worth it. When I didn't hear from them I would reach out to them and they would respond back as fast as they could. But I knew that they may be working on others cases too so just gave them time and they would reach out to me. But over all they worked closely w me checking in on me and see how I was doing Especially b4 surgery and after to see how everything was going and how my kids and I was doing. This lawy furm is by far the best one I have used and I will use them again. They will treat you like family and they also care for the people they work for. I got into a major car accident Last November and it resulted in me being seriously injured and my child to have a tooth knocked out of her mouth.
