I was scared, when I thought about trying again for disability. I had no idea what I was doing, the paperwork was overwhelming. Mr K Stayley, and Cindy, made everything easy. If I got overwhelmed, I could call at any time and Cindy would walk me through my paperwork, most of which they handled themselves. I always knew they were in my court. Thanks to all the hard work by Attorneys Crowe & Shanahan, and their associates, I not only got my disabled widow's benefits, but it was much more than I expected and I got a significant chunk of back pay, as well! Everything just went so smoothly! I'd definitely, 10/10, recommended Crowe & Shanahan for help filling, AND WINNING, your social security/ disability claim!

There are no words for all they did for me. They went step by step with me answering what I'm sure were annoying questions basically having to do every step of the filing process for me, communication was wonderful. Very disappointed with the service provided by Crowe & Shanahan (Kelly). After calling the office 3 times I finally was able to speak with an intake specialist. I advised that I wanted to inquire about getting some assistance with applying for disability since I have “Lupus”. Before I could even disclose enough information about my disability or why I’m needing assistance she tells me “ooooh you’re too young”. What in the hell does that have to do with anything, does not change the fact I have a disability! I was told Kelly would give me a call, guess what he didn’t. Then I received another phone call from the same intake specialist who mailed a letter that should have been sent to me to the wrong address. How unprofessional, so now some stranger who lives on my street knows my business. I finally received the letter and it’s a denial letter stating “ due to a number of reasons including the nature and severity of my medical problems as well as the volume of their caseload they can’t take the case”. So basically the cases are cherry picked , attorneys pick and chose which cases they want to take rather than actually helping those who truly need it. Further more I was referred to this group. But I wouldn’t refer them to anyone moving forward. Very disheartening…

I am a K1 visa holder and asked for advice for my adjustment of status. The Lady i spoke to kept telling me that i have to apply for a i 130 and the i 485 even tho i have already a k1 visa…
