I got denied disability, which is something I actually need, especially right now where I'm currently going through the hardest time in my life, so I came to Crowe and Shanahan for help. My dad called for me, told them a few details, including my problems that disrupt my everyday life, and we were told they'd call me back in a few days to ask for more details, so it seemed like it was going well, especially since the lady on the phone was very friendly and informative. They even told me the name of the lawyer that was going to see me. A few days had passed and they never called us back. We were confused, so my dad called today to ask them why they didn't call back and the lady on the phone said "Oh, the lawyer doesn't want to take your case." My dad asked why, she said "He didn't say why, I'm sorry." So I guess I don't deserve an answer...? To me that seems unprofessional, but what do I know? The problem I have is something they claim they can cover. It's not like I have a unique case or anything, I'm just going to them for the same issues everyone does. This is disheartening and there aren't many other lawyers I can find to help me, and like I said, there's no way I can keep a job due to my conditions, so I really need disability. This is sad, and I'm low on options, but oh well I guess... We saw their ads on TV for years, and always heard nothing but good things about them, and we thought that this for sure would work out since this was an easy and simple case, but that didn't happen. I can't reccomend them to anyone, because how could I? I'm glad other people found them helpful, but I'm really disappointed I was rejected from having the same expirence right away without even being given an answer as to why. Very sad.

Kelly Staley was my disability lawyer. He did an excellent job and helped me win my case. He was kind and informative and very helpful. Eventhough this was being done while Civid was happening He still stayed with my case and worked as he would as if Covid was not an issue. I would definitely recommend him and his office.

Outstanding service from start to finish! I was lost as to what to do with my denial from disability and was referred to Crowe and Shanahan. From my initial call to after my hearing the team kept me informed at all times. If I had any questions they were answered expeditiously. Kelly is my lawyer and both him, and his assistants, were great through the whole process. If you need help with your SSA/disability and don't know who to contact then I highly recommend this firm.
