In July of 2020, I was part of a deck collapse that left me broken and my wife and kids worried. I called Zane 2 days after the incident when I realized that I would miss work, have multiple surgeries, and was unsure of what my future would hold. Although I resided in another state, Zane and his team immediately went to work! I'm glad that I made that call. If I hadn't the insurance company wouldn't have even covered my initially trip to the hospital, not to mention everything that followed. Along the way, Zane constantly kept me updated on the proceedings and what the next steps were. That gave me peace of mind throughout that everything would workout. It did. Last month, the company settled and all my losses were taken care of with a good amount left over for having to go through such a traumatic experience. Mr. Crowe was very professional yet very compassionate and empathetic. He made a time that was very stressful much easier to navigate and handle. All of his staff members that I dealt with were also very professional and a pleasure to work with. Where do I start?! I had to reach out to Zane Cagle about an accident I had been in because the insurance company was only trying to pay for my ER visit pretty much. He came over and by the time he left, I felt like he had given me enough information that I could represent someone myself😃 He was so helpful my entire process. He always kept me in the loop on everything that was going on and didn't mind if I called him day or night with questions that I needed answered. Honestly, I didn't think my accident was bad enough to get anything.. Oh but did Zane prove me wrong!!! I would definitely recommend this law firm. I had applied on my own and been denied for disability. Crowe & Shanahan had been recommended to me and so I reached out to them. I found all the staff to be kind and helpful. The process of applying for disability was disheartening & discouraging for me, but my lawyer and his paralegal were on my side. My attorney listened, complied my medical records and built a case. He clearly communicated what was my responsibility and managed expectations. They helped me along the way with the questions and concerns I had. Their efforts made the second go a much less stressful experience. And my lawyer prepared me and represented me well. The judge awarded me disability benefits. While I wish no one would need their services, I know that will never prove true. I am glad I worked with Crowe & Shanahan and I highly recommend them!
