USCIS seemed to be stalling on my case, but once I contacted Hacking Law Immigration, and they wrote a writ of mandamus, my case was quickly approved. Christina, Nairobi, and Jim in Hacking Law made sure that I can stay in the US with my family, and I'm so grateful for that. Excellent work!

I want to thank Hacking law firm & Nairobi Chavez. I tried every way possible to get my husband I-130 approved and visa issued. After 9 yrs i hired Hacking law firm it took 90 days and we was approved. There is one thing I do regret that is I should of hired Hacking several years ago. I did not know anything about Writ of Mandamus. I recommended anyone that has a petition that is stuck with USCIS or State department to reach out to Hacking law firm. I will have there number on speed dial going forward. Again thanks alot for fighting for us and with us.
