I was rear ended in a car crash and I wasn't sure what to do with my injuries and medical bills, etc. Thomas took my case and got me a great settlement. They fought hard for me and I got a great outcome. Highly recommend calling Thomas!

Really disappointed in this firm.

I was in a terrible accident where the person who hit me drove away. I didn't have an idea on where to go or who to call. Thomas SanFilippo knew what to do in terms of getting me a settlement from my insurance company through underinsured motorist insurance (thank god I had it!) He was amazing with helping me with my car accident case i highly recommend him and his staff they will be sure to leave you more then happy.

Anything that was written about this company (as in positive) is a lie. Maybe they was a good company in their day but this is today. I prayed for over a year to get justice, to be heard, to succeed. I was lead to believe things were going to be ok, not to worry. I was lead to believe in Dowd and Dowd. If they had fight, it is gone now. If they had compassion, it is gone now. If there was any intelligence to handle a case, it is gone. My case was taken and I was given promise and hope. Richard never filed anything for me. Had my case for over a year and I was lied to the whole time. A person . . a company you should never trust. Update: NO . . I will not delete this. If I could, I would take old Richard to court. I would find out IF the department paid him off. Common sense has been lost by this person. If there is no criminal history to be found then how is a person convicted/prosecuted on . . . nothing? NO arrest . . no charge . . no conviction? Hummm? I just KNOW there is a dunce/dummy cone hat being worn in that office. I just want to see please.

I was involved in an auto accident which cause my life to spiral downhill. I was not sure how to handle this type of situation as this was my first accident. I found Thomas through a family member who recommended him. From the very first phone call to Thomas he was more than ready to help me take this on to the fullest and made sure to keep my health first and guided me to get taken care of. He is much more than a superior lawyer, he will listen to your needs and ensure they get met to the best of his abilities. The staff was amazing through it all as well, super friendly and would call just to see how things are going. When it was all said and done I could not be more thankful and honored to have Thomas and his team help me every step of the way. I would recommend Thomas to anyone and everyone and I would use him again in a heart beat. There may be other lawyers but I promise you there is only one Thomas SanFilippo.

Gave them a retainer, signed a contract saying they would take a percentage of the winnings instead of hourly. Then, never returned my calls, never did anything with my case. Got a letter saying they dropped me and I owe then thousands of dollars! Nope. Just avoid them and save your money.

Called Mr. Fox about my disability. I never once had to go to his office. Everything was handled over the phone, email and via mail. I won my case in 6 months. I didn't even have to go to the hearing. His law office was able to get me full disability and back pay. I'd definitely would recommend this law firm....

I had an excellent experience! Mr. Thomas Sanfilippo was extremely helpful with a complicated issue that I had encountered. The issue had caused a great deal of stress for me and he was able to lessen that burden. Anytime I needed to talk or meet with him he made sure to make time. Very flexible and easy to work with!
