Doing a great job I never did trust h and r block too much but that's the closest place that's near me

Since this review, and they said that they couldn't take my case they are now calling me every day even though I have ask to be put on the do not call list. They are ignoring my do not call request leaving me voice mails every day with different names to call back even with me blocking their phone number. I don't appreciate this harassment! Not very professional. Jesus is the person that I was directed to speak with. He really didn't care to hear about my case, and interrupted me several times to let me know this. He ask me a question or two then put me on hold came back with another question then on hold again. The final return was to say the were sorry but couldn't take my case. I asked what is the reason for this decision, and he said he couldn't give out that information. I found this very weird not to mention inappropriate for a prestigious law firm which I have concluded they only are interested in ambulance chasing and I have no respect for that.

Word of advice do not go by someone's advertisement on TV the radio.. you don't even get to speak to an attorney you go through Representatives who determine whether you have a case or not .. please if you're in need of an attorney my advice is to read the reviews and definitely get consultation from other attorneys before choosing one just because of an ad.... I recently reached out to Morgan & Morgan regarding the corporation that I work for not abiding by its own safety guidelines the mistreatment of their employees various other reasons and was told that they could not help me however that doesn't mean I have a case and they would provide me with potential other , LOL a law firm does not turn away a case if it's legit therefore they're just say that to pacify you Corporation I work for has a class action lawsuit all across the United States for the same reasons that I've expressed to Morgan & Morgan however they feel they cannot help me.. 9 months ago I contacted them regarding the remaining of this review and they couldn't get back to me in a timely manner.. law firm is a joke...a good friend of mine was in a serious accident & after speaking with them, her signing documents it took them over a week to get back to her & that's after leaving several messages. When they did get back to her they had just gotten the case & knew nothing about it AFTER OVER A WEEK...My friends tongue went through her upper tooth, in which the ER glued the tooth back & glued her tongue, she could not speak so I was her voice...Would not recommend this law firm to anyone.
