I have been in communication with Attorney, Matthew M. McArthur on November 16, 2018, December 05, 2018 and January 10, 2019. I requested the name and the company of the process server that was working under his direction on November 15, 2018. This request was submitted both in writing and verbally. As of today, May 15, 2019; I have been ignored and have not received the requested information. I find this to be extremely unethical, unprofessional and not adhering to Evan's & Dixon's Mission Statement.

Bad firm

This law firm is amazing! They were the only ones willing to pick my braxhial plexus case up. After several long years we finally went to court and won. They know their stuff. Very smart and out witted the other lawyers by a landslide. They proved the case and I couldn’t be any happier. If there were more stars to give I would. They are simply amazing.

When my husband passed away from a routine surgery, I was beside myself on what to do. I felt helpless, hopeless, and alone. All of that changed when My friend told me to contact Zevan, Davidson, and Roman Law Office In St. Louis. I can barely describe the burden that these wonderful individuals took off me and my sons heavy shoulders, as I get choked up when I think or speak about it. The professionalism, compassion, empathy, and grit of this team was more than the word amazing! They spoke for me, when I had no voice, and when I wasn’t able to think clearly to remember what I was doing on a day-to-day basis due to being in such grief. Our load had been lifted! From beginning to end, the team members fought an uphill battle with a major company which included surgeons, doctors, nurses, and medical board members. Our law family never gave up in their fight for my sons and I to ease the financial burden placed on us when their father was taken away at the negligent hands of others. The company was forced to settle with our family, and put new mandatory policies in place to ensure this nightmare wouldn’t happen to other families. My sons and I were impressed by the caring and family like attitudes of our team, as well as the urgency, resilientness, and willful determination to assist our family in gaining and receiving rectification for our loved one. If ever any other problem arises in our lives that we need extra help, our go to law firm will always be Zevan, Davidson, and Roman, we trust them and realized they weren’t fighting for their own monetary settlement, but they were fighting for our family’s right to seek a balanced and fair justification. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all you did to help ease the pain of everyday hardships since the premature death of our beloved father and husband. Heartfelt hugs to each of you. David has consulted both my family and my sister-in-law's family during very difficult times. He has also provided quality referrals to other lawyers when certain situations required a lawyer with experience in other areas of the business. I would certainly refer their practice to other friends and family. You will feel comfortable with their caring and capable team representing you.
