Mark Niessen is very straightforward and thoughtful while communicating with him. During our consultation, Mark explained in great detail what to expect throughout my case and things I needed to do during my case. Before my hearing, Mark prepared me for what to expect in the hearing and while speaking to the judge. Mark is very prompt in responding to your emails and returning your phone call in a timely manner. Which is something I value as a client. Mark is highly recommended!

I’m not using my real name for personal reasons but I DO NOT recommend this law firm .. extremely unprofessional , time management on cases is absolutely absurd & they claim “they fight for what’s right & they’ll get the money you deserve “ but after 3 years of waiting I only received $9,000 .. I still have back pain to this day & ptsd from the accident .. while they got paid out more basically double of what I got for literally nothing . They only talk to you during emails which I get for paper trail , but so not personable & it just doesn’t seem like they care . They did the same thing to my brother .. his agent showed up to their meeting with a ketchup stained shirt & seemed to be siding with the other side because he’s actually friends with the defendants lawyer . 0/10 if I could . You guys should be ashamed of what your company has come to

They did not follow their own website would not take a case that is basically a no brainer. Didn't even want to hear details automatically was rude and short and was not hearing us and said there was no case but on there website they said "You shouldn't have to watch your every step when you leave your house and venture out in St. Louis." "You should be able to enter a business or through a government building without having to worry about dangerous conditions. Unfortunately, property owners don’t always keep their premises in a reasonably safe condition. When you slip and fall as a result of their negligence, they must be held accountable.". That is directly from their site and falling over a chair leg that is sticking out in an an unusual way resulting in a fall that permanently changes a persons life I think that constitutes at least a moment of your time.
