Last year my wife and I were hit by an uninsured driver doing over 80 mph in a 40. We were severely injured. I was in a car accident where someone hit me from behind. It was actually a rear-end car accident caused by someone who my lawyer (Thomas SanFilippo) later sought and obtained records that showed that they were almost certainly texting while driving within seconds of them hitting me! The insurance company tried to offer me what I thought was a lot money at the time plus some coverage of my medical bills (which was nonsense and pathetic and insulting as it turned out).
