After my children's N-600 application got stuck for more than two years while the average processing time is around 8 months at our field center, I contacted HIL. After discussing our case with Attorney Ryan back and forth, we decided to pursue the Writ-of-Mandamus route. I was extremely nervous but within six weeks USCIS reacted and scheduled their interview resulting in their oath ceremony and receiving their citizenship certificate. Not only did my children receive the outcome we had hoped for but HIL in general, but Nairoby Chavez in particular, has been quick to respond, supportive and professional. I couldn't recommend HIL more.

Professional work, I file a mandamus case against the Embassy after 9 months delay, While the embassy was delaying all administrative cases and I had no hope of getting the visa before a year of administrative procedures, thanks to a hacking group, I was able to get the visa after a month and a half of filing the case. Even after contacting the embassy, they continued to follow up on my case to ensure the embassy issued the visa as quickly as possible, taking no more than one day after completing the requirement. They are reliable and have good follow-up, patiently answering all questions no matter how silly.

Zane and his entire staff care about more than just a case to you. They care about your well-being as well. They make sure if you need anything before your case is done they're there to help you. They're more like a family than just a lawyer's office. He did more for me than I ever could have imagined. I would recommend this law firm to anyone. They're truly going to be missed by me.
